I just wanted to thank you for the manner with which you and Kevin dealt with our recent group members requiring evacuation. Although I would far rather be thanking you for something else, sometimes illness and injury are a reality when undertaking this type of activity. Not being able to continue, our clients were evacuated and under medical care as quickly and efficiently as weather conditions permitted. They have also reported that you demonstrated a care and concern for their wellbeing that was extremely comforting. Thanks again; it’s very reassuring to know that in an emergency, your responses are professional and caring.
