What did you do well? -Organisation of the trek -Monthly preparation walks -Amazing porters -Very well run, limited disruptions -Great leaders – fun, knowledgeable, priority on health and safety -Additions on the trek such as the services at Brigade Hill and Isurava & kids singing at Menari and Efogi, meeting Fuzzy Wuzzies. -Offering an extension to Buna/Gona after the trek. Allows us to relax, see the village life, meet the porter’s family and swim with the kids in the ocean. One of the highlights was the welcoming, dancing and farewell ceremony we received at Sarota. I have never experienced anything like that before. The people were so happy, had a great time swimming with the local kids, the hospitality and food was great. This was truly an amazing experience.

What do you need to improve? -Improve your promotion on your website. Really promote the things you do well, the additional activities on the trek (such as the services), how amazing the porters are, the practice treks to assist preparation, post video’s on your website such as the children singing at Manari, an interview with the Fuzzy Wuzzies, the services, general highlights from the trek.
