LORRAINE JAMES – KOKODA TRACK

Hello everyone,

As I tell everyone who wants to listen, Kokoda was the hardest thing I’ve ever done but the most amazing, rewarding, worth while thing. I believe my preparation was the key to making this such a success. Along the way I have made some exceptional friends and without their love and support it would have been a bit of a struggle. I’ve done the Lyrebird track 4 times and the stairs once this week and Annie and I did the Fire Trail this morning. I’m in training for the next adventure (don’t know what it will be or when but I think I’m hooked). I thank you all for your friendliness, the fun times, the laughter and the emotional (tears) times and hope to catch up soon.

PS Did anyone record the boys singing on the trek ’cause I would love to have a copy. Widge and I bought a DVD of singing at the airport but it was nothing like our boys harmonious songs.
