Debra first trekked with Getaway Trekking on our Anzac 2009 Kokoda Trek. Initially uncertain about her abilities, Deb found loads of support within her group and returned from her trek blown away by the experience. She has now completed 3 treks in PNG, 1 in Thailand and 1 in Nepal.
If Deb doubted her fitness, there is no such worry about her abilities in the office. In her role as Operations Manager, Deb has us organised to a terrifying degree – we now know that as long as we simply do what she says, the world will remain in harmony.
Her understanding of the challenges – and also the rewards – of doing business in PNG and other developing nations is a huge asset to Getaway Trekking. Our clients can always be assured of a superb level of customer service when dealing with Deb.
